The chart below shows the home sales activity in Palm Desert Country Club for the month of December 2016 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). The volume, based on a monthly year over year comparison, shows the number of homes that actually sold is up by three (37.5%) over last year with prices up by about 3.5%.
Final selling prices in December ranged from a low of $185,000 for 77060 Michigan Drive to a high of $360,000 for my listing at 47945 Texas Avenue. (Not only did my listing sell at the highest price, but it also sold in the fewest number of days–ask me how.)
