I signed up my realtor on Monday and she started pushing me around right away to do staging which was very expensive and I didn’t want to do it. Then she threatened to cancel the contract to which I said “ok”. I know the value of my property and she threatens me by lowering the listing price if I don’t stage. She even said it’s a lot of work if we don’t stage. She seems to have changed colors since I signed the contract. I asked her to cancel the contract on Thursday morning and she didn’t respond at all. I spoke to her manager and asked my all the details. I refuse to talk to her. She talks to me for hours about her family issues. Then threatens me and raises her voice to sell my house. What do I do in this situation?
