The chart below shows the home sales activity in Palm Desert Country Club for the month of September 2016. The volume, the number of homes that actually sold, is down while prices–on the other hand–are on the rise.
Palm Desert Country Club remains desirable and affordable, with fee simple land (no land leases) and minimal or no HOA dues. Final selling prices in September ranged from a low of $188,000 for 77725 California Drive to a high of $419,500 for 43420 Alabama Street.
