As you will see in the chart below the number of homes selling in June 2016 in Palm Desert Country Club is up substantially over June of 2015. Selling prices are up a bit as well. Final selling prices ranged from a low of $180,000 at 77340 California Drive, to a high of $315,000 at 42530 York Street. My beautiful listing which sold immediately, with multiple offers, at 76929 Kentucky Avenue closed at $265,000.
