As you will see in the chart below, the number of homes selling in Palm Desert Country Club is down substantially from last year and last month. Selling prices are flat compared to last year. Final selling prices ranged from a low of $180,000 for 77325 Missouri Drive, to a high of $314,000 for 77410 Colorado Street.
