I represented the Buyer of this cute 1947 bungalow. It does need work, but my first time buyer was excited to take on the tasks and start building his future!
We were able to negotiate a price that was much lower than asking based on the work it needed that would need to be paid for with unfinanced dollars.
Can’t wait to see the finished product.
