I represented the buyer of this single level, three bedroom (2 en suite) three bathroom home, which was listed at $280K at the time we wrote the offer. We closed at $250K. I was also able to negotiate that the seller pay for the solar panels in full. That’s a big deal in Coachella Valley where Southern California Edison overcharges for electricity.
The property is well-located on the Championship Course near the clubhouse in Palm Desert Country Club. However, it was in dire need of… everything.
