The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of November 2023 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices ranged from a low of $340,000 for 43120 Delaware Street to a high of $650,000 for my listing, which sold in 6 days, with multiple offers, $25K over the asking price at 43530 Illinois Avenue, which closed on November 1 (but for some reason showed up on the October sales).
