Palm Springs Area Home Sales for July 2022

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of July 2022.

Overall, volume (the number of homes selling) is down, final selling prices are down, and number of days on market are up.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $270,000 for 82812 Charlestown Avenue in Indio, to a high of $4,500,000 for 70288 Pecos Road in Rancho Mirage.
