Palm Springs Area Home Sales for June 2022

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of June 2022.

Since Short Term Rentals are still allowed in Indio (for detached homes without HOAs), there has been a surge of interest in Indio—especially those properties with private pools. Indio also enjoys the benefits of being served by IID rather than SCE. This month it is the only city here that has a higher average selling price than asking price.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $210,000 for 83128 Ruby Avenue in Indio, to a high of $12,750,000 for 81850 Baffin Avenue in La Quinta.
