Palm Springs Area Home Sales for May 2022

Compared to April, it’s slowed down a bit. However, it is still a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of May 2022.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $110,000 for 17136 Keith Street in Palm Springs, to a high of $13,062,500 for The Kaufman House at 470 West Vista Chino also in Palm Springs.
