Palm Springs Area Home Sales for March 2022

Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of March 2022.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $300,000 (which was priced at $200,000) for 60794 San Mateo Drive in Cathedral City, to a high of $12,750,000 for 40555 Sand Dune Road in Rancho Mirage.
