Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of February 2022.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $238,000 for 32720 Aurora Vista in Cathedral City, to a high of $13,750,000 for 81105 Columbus Way in La Quinta.
