Inventory is still very low, so it remains a great time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club!

The final selling prices for the month of January ranged from a low of $397,500 for 77660 California Drive to a high of $582,000 at 43622 Warner Trail. All of these homes were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
