Palm Springs Area Home Sales for December 2021

Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of December 2021.

The final sales prices for these seven towns ranged from a low of $200,000 for 30441 San Antonio Drive in Cathedral City, to a high of $7,625,000 for Coco Crisp’s place at One Saint Petersburg Court in Rancho Mirage.
