Inventory remains very low making it a great time to be a seller!

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of March 2021.

The final sales prices for these six towns ranged from a low of $240,000 at 42505 Wisconsin Avenue in Palm Desert, to a high of $12,600,000 for 53246 Ross Avenue in La Quinta.
