The final selling prices for the month of August ranged from a low of $326,000 for 77310 Wyoming Avenue to a high of $480,000 at 77390 Colorado Street.
My listing at 77040 Utah Circle received multiple offers and sold well over the asking price. And my listing at 42945 Massachusetts Court sold before it even hit the market. So, it is indeed a very good time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club!
