The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of August 2020.

Now that many people don’t have to go into an office every day and are able to work from home AND rates are super low, homes are moving quickly—often with multiple offers!

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $222,300 at 78431 Desert Willow Drive in Palm Desert, to a high of $8,500,000 for 53485 Humboldt Boulevard in La Quinta.
