The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of July 2020.
Now that many people don’t have to go into an office every day and are able to work from home AND rates are super low, homes are moving quickly! In fact, volume in July was just about double that of May!
Many buyers are coming in from expensive coastal cities, living in small apartments, looking for a place to spread out and float in a pool while they shelter in place.
It’s a good time to be a seller in the desert: We are seeing multiple offers on properly prepared and priced listings!
The final sales prices for these five towns listed below ranged from a low of $222,300 at 78431 Desert Willow Drive in Palm Desert, to a high of $8,500,000 for 53485 Humboldt Boulevard in La Quinta.
