Palm Desert Country Club remains a popular neighborhood with buyers because of the price point, low (or no) HOA dues, being ungated and conveniently located. And because of super low interest rates and people being able to work from home, properties in the neighborhood are moving quickly right now!
I recently listed two properties in the neighborhood, both super clean and cute: 42985 Texas Avenue and 77040 Utah Circle.
The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of July 2020 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices for the month of July ranged from a low of $225,000 at 43155 Delaware Street to a high of $335,000 for at 43760 Elkhorn Trail.
