We continue to rely on technology to market our properties through photography, video, written descriptions and private tours of no more than two persons. Note that all parties sign off saying that they have no known symptoms and that they may be entering a home of an occupant who may or may not have the virus or symptoms. The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of June 2020. Inventory remains lower than usual, but what is coming on the market is flying off the shelf when prepared and priced correctly. June is typically the month with the highest sales volume and this year is no exception.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $207,000 for 21830 Snowview Drive in Palm Springs, to a high of $10,000,000 for 208 Palm Ridge in Palm Desert.
