Palm Desert Country Club continues to be a desirable place to live even during a pandemic. Volume is down slightly, but that is due to inventory being down.
We are still not holding broker tours or public open houses, and all the precautions we’ve been employing over the past several months are still being implemented.
With LOW rates and many people now being able to live where they want to live rather than near their office, homes that prepared and priced properly are selling briskly.
The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of June 2020 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices for the month of June ranged from a low of $280,000 at 42295 Tennessee Avenue to a high of $370,000 at 42925 Texas Avenue.
