Still no broker tours or open houses due to the pandemic. However, we are indeed selling through photography, video, written descriptions and private tours of no more than two persons, and all parties sign off saying that they have no known symptoms and that they may be entering a home of an occupant who may or may not have the virus or symptoms. (It’s best to put your property on the market when vacant.)
Inventory is picking up nicely so I am hopeful that we will see volume getting back to usual levels. There are currently 357 active SFR listings in all of Marin County, and 967 active SFR listings in all of Sonoma County, so a slight improvement over last month.
