Palm Desert Country Club continues to be a desirable place to live even during a pandemic. In fact, my most recent listing is closing this week!
While we are no longer holding broker tours or open houses we are still selling through photography, video, descriptions and private tours of no more than two persons (I also ask that provide proof of funds or financing), and all parties sign off saying that they have no known symptoms and that they may be entering a home of an occupant who may or may not have the virus or symptoms. (It’s best to put your property on the market when vacant.)
The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of April 2020 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices for the month of March ranged from a low of $285,000 at 42770 Virginia Avenue to a high of $432,781.03 (yes, that is the correct selling price) for new construction at 76696 Florida Avenue.
