The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of January 2020 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices for the month of September ranged from a low of $375,000 at 77335 and 77400 New Mexico and 43705 Texas to a high of $409,000 at 42590 Brighton.
It remains a GREAT time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club! And with STRs being banned effective January 1, 2020 you may want to consider listing yours for sale or finding a long-term tenant. You can contact me for either or both.
