The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $205,000 at 51685 Avenida Herrera in La Quinta, to a high of $10,350,000 for 1012 Cahuilla Falls in Palm Desert.
If you follow my market reports you may notice that volume is up. While homes may not be selling for significantly more dollars, more homes are selling.
