Palm Springs Area Home Sales for September 2019

I’ve been super busy so I’m getting this report out a little late this month.

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of September 2019.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $115,000 at 17178 North Keith Street in Palm Springs, to a high of $6,895,000 for 47505 Vintage Drive East in Indian Wells.

If you would like to see everything that is currently for sale in these towns click here.

If you want to see my new listing at 71795 San Gorgonio Road in Rancho Mirage, arrange for a private showing or come to our Open House Saturday, October 26 from 2-4pm.

If you have any questions, or if you or someone you know is considering buying or a selling a home, do not hesitate to contact me.

***My favorite property to sell in September was 317 North Monterey, which is the featured image on this post. You can see all the photos by clicking here. It wasn’t my listing but I would have been proud to represent this property just as they did.
