The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of September 2019 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
The final selling prices for the month of September ranged from a low of $252,500 at 77325 Rhode Island Court to a high of $424,900 at 43564 Warner Trail. (You may notice that there is a new MLS and new user interface for clients. Let me know how you like it.)
It remains a GREAT time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club! And with STRs coming to an end at the end of this year you may want to consider listing yours for sale sooner rather than later.
