The final selling prices for the month of July ranged from a low of $230,000 at 77060 Michigan Drive to a high of $386,000 at 76713 New York Avenue.
It’s a GREAT time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club: Of the ten homes that sold in July, 1 sold for the original asking price and 4 sold OVER the original asking price. And that’s with people knowing that they can’t do short term rentals!
