Palm Springs Area Home Sales for March 2019

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of March 2019.

As is typical of this time of year, home sales volume goes up significantly. Just compare to last month. (June typically has the most closings of the year in Coachella Valley.)

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $235,000 for 77240 Indiana Avenue in Palm Desert, to a high of $10,100,000 for 53605 Humboldt Boulevard in La Quinta.
