Palm Desert Country Club Home Sales for February 2019

The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of February 2019 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).

The final selling prices for the month of December ranged from a low of $270,000 at 42760 Wisconsin Avenue to a high of $355,000 at 77450 New Mexico Drive.

It’s still a GREAT time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club.
