The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of August 2018 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).
As you will see prices are up a bit, the number of days on the market is down, but volume is flat.
The final selling prices for the month of June ranged from a low of $245,000 at 43021 Connecticut Street to a high of $368,000 at 77425 Colorado Avenue.
Watch for my new listing coming up on Indiana Avenue. It’s 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and NOT on the soon-to-be-developed former Executive Course. (They say that they will be breaking ground in October or November but, so far, nothing more specific than that.)
