Palm Desert Country Club Real Estate Market Update for July 2018

The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of July 2018 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison).

As you will see prices are up a bit, as is the volume.

The final selling prices for the month of June ranged from a low of $260,000 at 42935 Texas Avenue to a high of $365,000 at 77365 Colorado Avenue.

With low inventory in the neighborhood, it’s still a great time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club.
