Marin County and Southern Sonoma County Home Sales for July 2018

Below is a table that shows the detached home sales for select cities in Marin County and Southern Sonoma County for the month of July 2018, sorted alphabetically by the name of the City.

There are currently 333 active SFR listings, or about 1.5 months of inventory, currently available. Prices are skyrocketing as buyers continue to participate in bidding wars resulting in just under half of the properties selling for over their original asking prices. So, yes, it is still an excellent time to be a seller.
