Palm Desert Country Club Real Estate Market Update for June 2018

The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of June 2018 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see prices are up a bit over last year, but the volume (number of homes selling) is way down over previous years. Normally the highest number of closings occurs in June, consistently, year over year. But not this year.

The final selling prices for the month of June ranged from a low of $290,000 at 43160 Virginia Avenue to a high of $317,000 at 76742 Florida Avenue.

With such low inventory (competition) in the neighborhood, it’s a great time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club.
