The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in Coachella Valley for the month of March 2018.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $166,000  for a home 167 West Rosa Parks Road in Palm Springs, to a high of $9,975,000 for 1008 Cahuilla Falls in Palm Desert.
