The chart below shows the home sales activity in the neighborhood for the month of February 2018 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see both the number of homes selling and their prices are up!
The final selling prices for the month of February ranged from a low of $235,000 at 77385 California Drive to a high of $455,000 at 43565 Texas Avenue. The Texas sale was an anomaly, as all other sales were well below $400K.
NOTE: I have well qualified BUYERS looking for a home, preferably without a pool, on the Championship Course with views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and a pond or water feature on the course. Please let me know if you have such a property, or know of someone who does, and are interested in selling.
