Palm Springs Area Home Sales for January 2018

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the eclectic Coachella Valley for the month of January 2018.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $180,000 for a home at 52545 Avenida Vallejo in La Quinta, to a high of $11,000,000 for 53713 Ross Avenue also in La Quinta.
