The chart below shows the home sales activity in Palm Desert Country Club for the month of December 2017 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see volume is down and prices are up. Now is a great time to be a seller in Palm Desert Country Club!
The final selling prices for the month of December ranged from a low of $231,000 at 77025 California Drive to a high of $445,000 at 76871 California Drive.
Two homes sold at their original asking prices. Only one home, my listing at 76891 New York Avenue, sold over the asking price. And it sold for significantly over the asking price. (Ask me how I can do this for you too!)
