The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the eclectic Coachella Valley for the month of October 2017.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $170,000 for a home at 15865 Oreana Way in Palm Springs, to a high of $4,250,000 for 119 Navtem Place in Palm Desert.
