The chart below shows the home sales activity in Palm Desert Country Club for the month of October 2017 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see volume is down a bit and prices are up a bit.

Final selling prices ranged from a low of $210,000 at 42920 Virginia Avenue to a high of $315,000 at 77318 Missouri Drive.
