The chart below shows the home sales activity in Palm Desert Country Club for the month of June 2017 (and the preceding 12 months for comparison). As you will see prices and volume are flat.

Final selling prices in June ranged from a low of $216,000 at 77011 California Drive to a high of $306,000 at 76826 California Drive. My listing at 42640 Iowa sold for $242,000.
