Palm Springs Area Home Sales Update For December 2016

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the beautiful Coachella Valley for the month of December 2016.

The final sales prices for these five towns ranged from a low of $22,500 for a lot with utilities where the previous home burned to the ground (which I’m noticing happens in Palm Springs with greater and greater frequency) at 15821 Cherry Cove in Palm Springs, to a high of $3,950,000 for 52791 Via Savon in La Quinta. (Featured photo is from my most recent sale at 42945 Texas Avenue in Palm Desert.)
