Palm Springs Area Home Sales For September 2016

The table below shows the detached home sales for select cities in the beautiful Palm Springs area (also known as Coachella Valley) for the month of September 2016.

The final sales prices for all five towns ranged from a low of $132,390 for a little cutie in need of some TLC located at 75436 Wildflower Lane in Palm Desert to a high of $7,700,000 for an architectural masterpiece at 2175 Southridge Drive in Palm Springs. There really is something for everyone in Coachella Valley.
