I keep seeing the news how grave the drought situation is for the State of California. What I’m NOT seeing or hearing is anything from Marin Municipal Water District about the situation here locally, in Marin County.
I hike around Phoenix Lake several times per week, and that looks okay. Nothing scary there since we had the late Spring rains.
But what about Nicasio Reservoir? Today I decided to take a drive and found out. It wasn’t very encouraging. (see my photographs below.)
