Tiburon, CA Real Estate Market Conditions Update for June 2012

As of July 11, 2012 24% of available listings in Tiburon are in escrow.

For the month of June 2012 16 homes sold (2 of which were distress sales) for an average final selling price of $1,480,125.

The average original asking price of these homes was $1,618,806.

The range of final selling prices was from a low of $420,000 to a high of $4,135,000.

Of the 16 homes that sold 1 sold at its original asking price and 4 sold over their original asking prices.

It took these homes an average of 75 days to sell.
