As of June 6, 2012 50% of available listings in Fairfax are in escrow.

For the month of May 2012 6 homes (2 of which were distress sales) sold in Fairfax for an average final selling price of $808,650.

The average original asking price of these homes was $809,500.

The range of final selling prices was from a low of $599,000 to a high of $949,000.

Of the 6 homes that sold 2 sold at their original asking prices and 2 sold over their original asking prices.

All 6 of these homes were purchased with financing.

It took these homes an average of 38 days to sell.
