As you can see in the charts below the average sales price and number of homes selling is pretty flat compared to last year, with the average sales price being a little higher, and two more months in the year to go.
In recent weeks buyers are more enthusiastic, wanting to take advantage of low interest rates and comparatively low home prices. It should be interesting to see how these last two months of the year unfold.
