The charts below tell the story: The real estate market in Marin County continues to show improvement over the previous few years, with the average sales price hovering around the same levels as 2004.
The number of homes selling is a little anemic, nothing like 2004, but certainly better than 2009–which, in my opinion, was the bottom of the market in Marin County.
