You can barely see in the charts below that the number of homes selling in Marvelous Marin County is up from 2008, 2009 and 2010.  The average sales price, which you can also barely see (2011 is the bright red line in both charts) is up slightly from 2009 but down slightly from 2010.  I am happy to see the volume up.  People are showing more confidence in the market.  I’ll be curious to see what March looks like…  stay tuned.
